The Catfish Bend river based, in Fort Madison, with 13,000 square feet, 535 slots, and 14 table games. An additional Iowa riverboat gambling den, The Isle of Capri, is available all day and night, with 24,939 sq.ft., 1,100 slot machines, and 24 table games. The Mississippi Belle II, a 10,577 square foot paddle wheel boat gambling den in Clinton, has 506 slot machines, 14 table games, live entertainment, and Thursday chemin de fer matches.
Iowa casinos offer an excellent amount of tax money to the state of Iowa, which has enabled the bankrolling of many state wide projects. Vacationers have increased at a fast rate along with the request for companies and a growth in working people. Iowa casinos have been helpful to the growth of the market, and the enthusiasm for gambling in Iowa is across the board.
